Hello, I am confused and frustrated because my galaxy note 10.1 is blocked by a “complete an offer below to download step” locker message. That message is big enough to take over the whole screen of my phone, and I cannot exit it out or cancel it as there is no button to stop or close button something like. I thought it should be a kind of ransomware Trojan or virus malware, so I let alone my phone to wait if it can be gone by itself. But every time when I restart the phone, it still stays on screen. Now I cannot use the phone any more. It seems like I didn’t do anything malicious to bring this crap malware. Anyway, I now want my phone back and do you have any idea on how to remove it soon?
Brief Introduction of “Complete an offer below to download step” Virus
“Complete an offer below to download step” virus locker screen is a kind of malware or Trojan ransomware to lock mobile device, which is similar to “Complete an offer to continue” virus on computer. Now many mobile users are frustrated by this nasty malware. Once this virus drops on your mobile device, it will soon configure itself well into mobile system then pop up the message to take over whole screen of your mobile device, then it can control as you cannot do anything on the device. The only option you can choose it to continue to download the steps as it requires. However, you had better not do anything as it asks, as it could ring other unwanted and malicious virus files into your mobile while you click to download the next step. And once you have clicked to finish step, you don’t fill in any your real information, it would steal your information for illegal profits. Or your important privacy data would be in a high risk of being leaked out in public. Or you would suffer from financial loss in future if you fill in some information related to bank detail or money stuff thing. Anyway, once you find your mobile device is locked by “Complete an offer below to download step” virus, you should figure out an effective way to eliminate, but don’t to be a fool to complete downloading any steps as what it requires. Even though you have downloaded all steps, your mobile would be still blocked. Don’t trust this virus.

I’ve tried to watch stuff on my phone, all legal I’m sure and it’s come up with a warning from Australian police saying I’m blocked and need to pay $200 fine using paysafecard vouchers. How do I know if this is real? Hi, I was watching a cartoon on my Samsung phone and a thing came up saying are you older than 18 which I am, so I pressed yes. Apparently I’m watching pornography and have to pay $500?? Am I really breaking the laws and facing up with court or prison for watching porn content accidentally? Well, I picked up this Ukash paysafecard alert on my phone, blocking me from accessing anything on the device. The Ukash paysafecard scam threatened me that my device was blocked and said something about in the next 24 hours I have to pay this $500 fine and if not my apps, photos, everything in my phone will apparently be removed. Is this Ukash alert really from the law enforcement agency or it is a big virus scam to swindle mobile users’ money? How to get rid of the paysafecard virus scam on my mobile device? Please help!!

I have just received this message from the United Kingdom Police fining me £100! I am really freaked out!! All I did was downloading some stickers on facebook messenger then this popped up and completely shut down my phone. I thought I didn’t do anything wrong, but it said my android was locked by safety reason and I had committed a crime and owed 100£ to police. I was accused of viewing / storage and/or dissemination of banned pornography. How did that happen? I didn’t do anything bad about porn thing.

And if you cannot pay the fine within 24 hours, you will be arrested or prosecuted or serve in jail for 5-10 years. Well, usually when innocent people see this scaring message, they usually freak out and at once send money via Ukash or Paysafecard as it requires. But even though you pay, the device is still locked. In fact, this is a ransomware virus which disguises the United Kingdom government police and puzzles and convinces users to believe it is real and then pays money. That is its trick tactic. It is not really with authentic United Kingdom Police as it mentioned. This United Kingdom Police Virus ransomware displays this scaring message mainly to defraud money from people. Therefore, once you receive this United Kingdom Police warning message, you should think it over logically and don’t make payment so soon.
