Hi, there. I think I’m facing some problem on my computer. I like to play LOL on my machine and it works fine. But recently, I keep getting frame drops during the play. I don’t know why. Hi there! Please help me an issue about snipping tool. My snipping tool is not working properly. How can I fix it? It will not let me save, when I click on “save as”, nothing pops up. Hi! I need help, please. I have experienced a strange issue on my Windows 10 in the past couple of days. The Windows Search would stop working suddenly. And when I search on it, it would return no result at all. Once I started typing a keyword and tapped enter, it will display the “Searching” , however, it would always keep saying search and there would be no result. I have tried to restart my computer and have hoped that this could fix it. But obviously it couldn’t. What can I do to fix this problem then? Could you please help me? Thanks advance for any help.

“I have a particular folder on my desktop that I cannot delete. When attempting to delete I receive the error message:
Cannot delete folder..: Cannot find specified file. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
I have tried deleting while in Safe Mode with the same error message. I have also performed a CHKDSK /F and am still unable to delete. I am the admin on this PC also. Do you know how to delete this folder? It is appreciated if you can help me.”

“Same issue here, no power options available, can’t change anything with the user accounts even though I’m the admin, cant delete an empty folder from C: drive even it pops us as its working on something, when trying to uninstall programs it says an error occurred – it may have been already uninstalled and the program is still there… how do I delete the folder? Hey, there! I am now outside of America and just arrive in China for a business trip. However, when I tried to log in FaceBook to contact my friends or my colleague, FaceBook was blocked. And also our company’s website is also not available for me. I really need to download some information from our websites in USA, but the site is totally blocked. It seems Google, You tube, Twitter, Gmail and many foreign websites are not allowed to access. Do you guys have any ideas to help me get access to any websites in US?

Why can you not access websites and other service outside China when you are in China? Chinese government operates its filtering system dubbed the Great Firewall (GFW) to censor the Internet. This sophisticated net censorship system both limits the places people can go online and what they can search for and discuss. Therefore, Google, Gmail, FaceBook, You Tube, Twitter and many foreign websites are blocked. And in last year, Chinese government updated nation’s firewall in order to preserve China’s “cyberspace sovereignty”. However, with updating of Great Firewall last year, foreign websites and service are severely hindered. So it’s more difficult for Chinese people and people coming to China to connect websites outside China.
