I got a virus named Netalpha in my Samsung s6, it locked my phone and won’t let me do anything. It is showing the message “unfortunately Netalpha has stopped”. I am not able to do anything thing as when I respond to the message and press the OK button it again appears on the screen thus and same stuff are running including Netalpha virus. Also the pop appears for a second and returns to clean master, its quite impossible to uninstall the netalpha,phone services, bla bla, it has got several names to it and below its written malware, trojan. I managed to get rid of but I can’t, I’m really disturbed. Please tell me what to do?

Hello, laptop just gets infected with this Trojan.Shunnael!gen2 virus , many files and programs are corrupted and error codes happen. I run Avira several times to clear up this Trojan horse, but it fails. I go into the registry but don’t figure out what entries are virus thing. I want to install other new security tool, but it doesn’t allow me to download any new program. Can you please help me remove this virus as soon as possible?

Hello, I am using my friend’s laptop, but just now I seem click on something strange, then the browser is always hijacked by this page Search.searchwti.com. My friend set Bing as the start page on this browser, but now it is gone. I have tried to clear data and history, however, it doesn’t work. I have no clue to get back the Bing homepage. Don’t know How to Fix High CPU Usage of System and Compressed Memory? I have a trouble that is the process called System and compressed memory started acting up, when I’m browsing demanding sites CPU usage spikes to 40%-60% causing my sounds to get crackles and freeze for a split second. It’s extremely annoying and was not happening before. It started this week when I came back after a few weeks and my PC updated many programs and the system too I guess. It happens when I’m using Chrome, Vivaldi, Steam, even when Before Experience is downloading new drivers… I don’t know what this thing does and where it came from but I want it gone obviously it’s not working the way it’s supposed to. I haven’t found much useful information on how to get rid of it and what I found either didn’t apply or didn’t work. Can you help me fix this problem?

How to repair NETWORK_FAILED Error in Chrome? I can’t download anything on my Google Chrome. Whenever I try to download an extension or an app, I get an error saying NETWORK_FAILED. I cleared my cookies and removed any malware, but that didn’t help. Additionally, any extensions I had installed before are now saying “not from Chrome Web Store” and some of the extensions and apps I had before were deleted w/o my permission (adblock plus, hangouts and chrome remote desktop). Hello, I’m just stuck at this fake webpage Search.shockmute.com. I have searched on the internet and know that it is actually a kind of browser hijacker. And I always get interrupted by many popups supported by this site. Endless popups can’t be stopped easily. I click X on one ad then other ads pop up again. It seems everything is messed up on my system. Some program prompts that its location is not found. How does that happen?
