My desktop was locked by a pop up screen all of a sudden while I was searching online from a movie to watch. The locking screen says “Your desktop was locked. Complete an offer below to unlock your desktop!” and several offers and surveys are listed below which I’m not certain about. Why do I have to do these surveys to unlock my desktop? Most curiously, why my PC got locked?

So I have a Trojan horse virus Win32/Filecoder.NAG in C:\Documents and Settings\Mark\sdhowffgwex.exe. My stupid Nod32 was not able to clean it. So I tried many instructions on forums, but none of them is effective. I’m really scared. Does any body have better solution?
