How to get rid of MyToolsApp.info Redirect

When I opened Google homepage, it directed me to MyToolsApp.info  page. But this is not my homepage. I also found some strange rootkits running in Task manager and I ended them, however, when I opened my homepage again, it still redirected me to that page which I didn’t want. Who can help me fix this?

Search Protect by Conduit redirect virus that causes my search results changed to other pop up. I believe its ads virus but i’m not completely sure. I have never thought I would get virus infection because I was always  very careful when use my laptop until my anti-spyware told me that there was a Trojan:Win32/Tobfy.J in drive C and it let me remove it soon.
