Hi, there, I don’t know what happened. My homepage has been changed as Search.shareazaweb.com. It’s not my previous homepage now. What is this page? Why can’t I set my previous homepage back? I don’t want to use this one. It didn’t work correctly. I found that if I use this page to search something, it would not give me the same results as Google does. How can I remove TSPY_ONLINEG.OMU from my laptop? I have Norton to protect my laptop but this virus infected my laptop without being prevented by Norton. It also seems hard to get it kicked off my PC. Cause I got the message that fails to delete it all the time. I’ve also tried some reputable antivirus software but the virus can come back after I do a restart. I can hardly get rid of it. What else ways do I have to try?

I have lost my way now because I can’t remove a BKDR_TENPEQ.SM Trojan Virus. It is firmly stuck to my whole operating system. It seems no matter I try what software, no one can get rid of it. I’m fury now because I really need to remove this virus soon before I go to work tomorrow because I need to use my computer to attend a meeting but I don’t want to use a bad computer. Help please!

My computer is always given an auto full scan by My Safe PC 2014 as soon as I start it up. Every time the scan finishes, it lists so many alerts that I am so afraid my computer has been in such a dangerous situation. But I don’t want to pay for the activation of its full version or function as I don’t know if this antivirus is a good one or a fake one. It locks my access to my computer in normal mode. It seems if I don’t pay it, it won’t let me go online. What should I do?
