Norton detects the Trojan Horse Generic24.WOK infection on my laptop but it seems really hard for me to get rid of it. I tried a couple of methods posted online but none of them works. Antivirus software seems not to be able to delete it other than giving alert on it. How do I remove it? Is there an efficient way which can prevent the Trojan horse to come back? I removed it for several times but after I rebooted my laptop as the instructions required the virus was back. How can I get rid of it completely without getting it back?

As a result, some of your programs that you use frequently cannot run properly. They may be stuck at the starting or go away when running. They may also stop working randomly. All functions on your infected PC just seem wired. It is just like there are some reasons that forbid normal and legal software running correctly. However, you get the infection warning from your antivirus programs but you cannot delete the Trojan successfully. Read the rest of this post »
