Norton detects the Trojan Horse Generic24.WOK infection on my laptop but it seems really hard for me to get rid of it. I tried a couple of methods posted online but none of them works. Antivirus software seems not to be able to delete it other than giving alert on it. How do I remove it? Is there an efficient way which can prevent the Trojan horse to come back?
