I downloaded a game which turned out to be a virus and hijacked my browser. Now, whenever I open Firefox or Explorer, the homepage is Aartemis.com and I cannot get rid of it. Then I download Malwarebytes and scan my computer, it detects a bunch of PUP.Optional.Aartemis.A viruses on my computer but cannot remove it completely. Each time I try to remove them and restart the computer, this virus keeps coming back. How do I get rid of this virus?

For the past couple days I’ve been getting threat alerts from Avast saying my computer was infected. It popped up a red window and told me:”trojan blocked”.  Then it said infection: Win32:Fareit-LM [Trj] and Process: system32/svchost.exe. What does that mean? It seems Avast cannot help to remove it completely. I can’t do anything else but move to chest a million times. That is really annoying. How do I get rid of this Trojan virus?

Oneindian.net took over my Internet browser and it modifies my default browser settings casually. I got no idea why my advanced antivirus can’t get rid of the redirect virus. Will other anti-virus programs help you delete the hijacker infection entirely? If not, what is the best way to deal with this hijacker virus? What’s the problem? My Chrome has some issues that I don’t know. It keeps opening some unknown web sites such as Gis.driveropen.net. The popups make my browser runs more and more slowly. I don’t know how to get rid of the popups since I found nothing after I ran a full scan. But I’m sure there are problems with my browser. Who can help me?

I’m afraid my laptop gets a malware. Its name is Smart Guard Protection. I didn’t mean to install it but last night, I visited a web site. There was a message popped up telling me that my computer was in danger and let me click the scam icon to detect viruses. After that, I found that malware had been installed in my laptop. It stops me do anything unless I pay money to buy it. I think that is rogue malware. The problem now is that I can’t uninstall that malware. Who can help me here?

Smart Guard Protection is commonly recognized as a fake anti-virus program which has been programmed for excessive profit without utilitarian functions. I need to know a method which can help me remove PUM.Hijack.StartMenu completely. I have been with this nightmare for about a week and haven’t found out an really effective way to get rid of it. I tried several different antivirus programs and they all scanned out many threats on my computer and removed some of them. However, for this one I meant to get rid of they seemed are not able to help. The infection alert still pops up and what I have tried with them turned out to be in vain. Is there any other ways that I can have a try? Any help will be appreciated.
