I installed this PriceSparrow in my computer about 3 days ago. When I downloaded this program, the description tells me it can give me many discounts when I go shopping online. I have got UpToDown Toolbar on my computer. It keeps popping up when I am on the internet. And I have tried several different browsers but they all seem to be infected. Also some reputable antivirus security products do not help in removing this toolbar. I delete it but it comes back after I restart the browser or the computer. How can I get rid of this toolbar and put an end to all the popping ups on my computer?

BestMarkit ads is torturing me. It keeps giving me so many pop-ups when I am on the internet. There are also redirections while I click on the search result. I have been taken to web sites that I do not mean to visit and unwilling to get. Those are mostly some commercial sites or sites which provide free downloads. My computer keeps being attacked by PUP.Optional.VbatesHelper.A virus. I used different antivirus programs but none of them helped. My anti-virus program helped me detect this PUP.Optional.VBates, and I clicked on Remove and restarted the computer as the anti-virus tool tells me to get the removal works. But after the restart, this PUP came back, the protection tool asked me to remove it again, and I did that again. But after the restart, nothing work. How can this PUP be so hard to delete?
