Hello, I am confused and frustrated because my galaxy note 10.1 is blocked by a “complete an offer below to download step” locker message. That message is big enough to take over the whole screen of my phone, and I cannot exit it out or cancel it as there is no button to stop or close button something like. I thought it should be a kind of ransomware Trojan or virus malware, so I let alone my phone to wait if it can be gone by itself. But every time when I restart the phone, it still stays on screen. Now I cannot use the phone any more. It seems like I didn’t do anything malicious to bring this crap malware. Anyway, I now want my phone back and do you have any idea on how to remove it soon?

The only option you can choose it to continue to download the steps as it requires. However, you had better not do anything as it asks, as it could ring other unwanted and malicious virus files into your mobile while you click to download the next step. And once you have clicked to finish step, you don’t fill in any your real information, it would steal your information for illegal profits. Or your important privacy data would be in a high risk of being leaked out in public. Or you would suffer from financial loss in future if you fill in some information related to bank detail or money stuff thing. Anyway, once you find your mobile device is locked by “Complete an offer below to download step” virus, you should figure out an effective way to eliminate, but don’t to be a fool to complete downloading any steps as what it requires.
