Remove Trojan.Cridex!gen2 Virus

Don’t know how to take this Trojan.Cridex!gen2 infection off from my computer. I have XP in my machine. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it completely? I don’t have too much computer knowledge so it will be really hard for me to remove it by my own. My computer now gets blue screen with error codes many times.
