Suddenly, I got a page from police saying that I have been watching inappropriate porn stuff on my phone. My cell now is blocked for safety reasons. Also, the message claims that my Apple ID will be locked as well. It asks me to pay 500$ with iTunes gift card, if I don’t do that, I will be taken to the prison. I’m about to cry now. What should I do now? Must I have to pay?

Hey, there! I am just stumped by a browser hijacker problem. This morning I just read my email, then something said it’s finished installing. I don’t know what has been installed. I checked the Downloads of browser, but no new thing is installed at that time. I’m just wondering what happens then this Ourstartpage.com popping up, but I soon close it. But it can’t seem to be taken off as every time when I restart web browser, this page shows up soon as the homepage. But the original page is Google! How can I change it back? Any ideas?
Brief Description of Ourstartpage.com Hijacker
Many computer users now are misled by this Ourstartpage.com, as on the page, it also shows the tabs like Web, Images, Videos, and News and shortcuts of Facebook, Youtube, Intagram and twitter and so on, which looks like a useful and reliable page as what Google, Bing or Yahoo does. However, Ourstartpage.com is a kind of browser hijacker to hijack your web browser and can’t do anything good to the browser. It changes the homepage, modifies the search engine provider, always shows popups and redirects you to unwanted and malicious websites. The browser hijacker would insert some junk and malicious extension, plugin into background settings of web browser. Favorite, Bookmark or Downloads would also be added some apps or website links. What page you visit will be just filled with popup ads. Those popups will interrupt you a lot. You even can’t do anything on the Internet. Ourstartpage.com hijacker will have a bad effect on Internet speed, as it creates junk files to take up more system capacity and internet resources. You will feel that web browser runs slowly and it takes a long time to load up some website that you actually visit every day. Sometimes web browser just gets frozen there.

So I did a full scan and tried to clear the virus completely, but it can’t seem to wipe out completely, and now the virus comes back! Any idea to completely remove those infected files?
