I think I have a virus. Lately, I’ve been using my browser, Firefox, and for some reason, sometimes my connection won’t even work. If I try to open a web page, it won’t open Google which was my homepage before and it keeps redirecting me to Wisersearch.com. My anti-virus and anti-malware is not able to capture and delete this so I think I’m going to need some help here. Any help will be appreciated.

There is a BetterSurf ads on my browser. It completely changed the looking of my browser. I don’t what this addon. However, I can’t uninstall it even if I tried. I found nothing from the “All programs” in control panel. How can I completely remove it so that my browser looks clean again? It slows down my browser running. How do I get rid of the browser hijacker My-online-search.com. I have tried most of the suggestions that people have on Google but nothing has worked up till now. Help please. I.search.metacrawler.com has taken over my browsers. I found it on my FF first but I thought it wasn’t a big problem so I leave it there and use Google Chrome instead. But today morning I realize how stupid I was to let a woof stay in my computer! The page has taken control of my Google Chrome also. I cannot set it back. I can’t get rid of mystart.airzipper.com from my browser. It keeps coming back each time I removed it from default settings.
