My web browser has been hacked by Bizcoaching.info Redirect Virus. chrome keeps freezing and closed. What’s worse, if I use google search engine to search something. I can only get some strange web sites that I don’t need. If I click those search results to open the sites, many other web sites would pop up even if I didn’t open them. I think I must have got some virus infection. Who can help me fix my browser?

I cannot delete Backdoor.win32.zaccess.crwj from my computer! I have the warning that my computer is infected with a Trojan virus from my anti-virus software. But when I try to delete it I failed. I am sure I find it from the path the Norton gave me. But when I tried to delete it I was with no luck. It seems to appear again along with the restart. Is there an efficient way to remove it?

My Norton picked up a Trojan Horse Generic33.CIKO virus but it can’t get rid of it. When I tried some tools that I could download via the Interent, no one was able to delete it. I’m so disappointed with those tools. Even I can’t uninstall some of them. How can I remove this Trojan virus so that my computer will be safe again? Will this virus damage my personal files. Can’t get rid of Trojan:Win32/sirefref!crg? How to remove this virus as my anti-virus programs didn’t help?
