My computer works quite slow so I run Norton to run a full scan on it and see if I have something to delete to get it run better. And without any doubts, it gives me an alert that my computer is in infection mode which is caused by a Trojan virus called Trojan.Gen.3. I’ve tried to remove this virus but it seems difficult to delete its files in system. I cannot find the exact files of the virus and after I use some tools to do that for me the virus comes back after each restart. How can I remove it completely?

Why does this EZPowerAds.com redirect page always pull up and hide itself? And a box in the lower corner that pops up when searching the web. I don’t know what happened but I do believe that it’s something wrong with my web browser. It runs more and more slowly. I opened control panel but found nothing. Do you get this “Antivirus Security Pro” Virus screen popped up on computer? Does this unknown program belong to Microsoft? If not, does it get permission from you to be installed? Do you have difficulties in running other executable programs on the computer ever since this unfamiliar software is installed? I am trying to remove the antivirus security pro and I cannot follow any steps I have found online to get rid of it because I cannot download anything. The virus is so bad that I cannot ignore and continue to the site I would like to go to. I cant do anything. I can’t even open my documents on the infected one. I’m trying to put the finishing touches on a paper due tomorrow and I cant even open it. So if I don’t fix this, i have to write it all over again. Help!!!

Sometimes it is not only this site that pops up but some other strange sites. But I am sure they have relations with this redirect virus. How can I remove this virus? Is Kwiblesearch.com website reliable? Every time I want to open webpages, Kwiblesearch.com pops up automatically and won’t go away. I cannot use Google which was my homepage before. All it shows is the Kwible Search. It seems to change homepage on all the browsers I have installed including Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. It is driving me crazy but I have no idea to remove this redirect thing. Any suggestions?

I hate Trojan virus especially this one: Trojan Exploit.Java.CVE2013-2423.gen, because I can’t remove it from my laptop now. I know it’s an extremely puny virus, however, I just can’t find it nor remove it. Norton notification told me that this Trojan is in my operating system local disk c files somewhere, but I can never find it. I think my computer has been infected a Trojan:js/lframe.AE virus. This morning I got a firewall alert from windows defender. It said that a Trojan hides deeply in some place. I don’t remember now.
