My computer works quite slow so I run Norton to run a full scan on it and see if I have something to delete to get it run better. And without any doubts, it gives me an alert that my computer is in infection mode which is caused by a Trojan virus called Trojan.Gen.3. I’ve tried to remove this virus but it seems difficult to delete its files in system. I cannot find the exact files of the virus and after I use some tools to do that for me the virus comes back after each restart. How can I remove it completely?
