Trojan.Gen.3 Removal

My computer works quite slow so I run Norton to run a full scan on it and see if I have something to delete to get it run better. And without any doubts, it gives me an alert that my computer is in infection mode which is caused by a Trojan virus called Trojan.Gen.3.
