Recently, my friend Sarah is having hard time dealing with her computer. She has her company site set as the homepage on all her browsers but one day when she opened one of the browsers as usual the homepage became Jss.donetri.net. She thought someone might make some changes on her machine when she was away, and she tried to set the homepage back. However, it didn’t work. The page still stayed as her homepage and there seem to be other redundant pages popping up when she opened any tabs or links. She is a computer novice and doesn’t know too much about computers.
