Remove Backdoor.Win32.Miancha Trojan Virus

My antivirus software grasped this Backdoor.Win32.Miancha Trojan virus on my laptop. It says that the Trojan infects my data on the hard drives. It is obvious that thought the antivirus program can detect the existence of the virus it is not able or powerful enough to get rid of it. I have tried to delete the files the program displayed on the infection alert. I also tried some of the other anti-virus software to kill the virus, but they failed again with the emergence of the devil. I restart the computer. How can I remove it?

Windows AntiBreach Tool Removal Guide

When I go to one certain website, a pop-up comes up at lower right corner saying that my computer has a virus. I thought it comes from my security tool and clicked on the pop-up to know more information, but somehow I got Windows AntiBreach Tool pop up on my computer which I cannot get rid of it.
