My anti-virus program has already quarantined this Win32/Virus.WebToolbar.2ea for me, however, it fails to get it removed, and every time I turn my computer on, I will be informed about this virus. I just wonder why my anti-virus software can’t get it removed for me as I paid for it with amount of money. Should I try to use another security tool to eradicate this virus? I think my computer has been attacked by a virus called Trojan horse SHeur4.CAED. I can’t use my anti-virus software to get it removed as it can always come back after I restart the computer as the security tool requires to make the removal take effect.
