Hello, my laptop gets a virus called HackTool:Win32/Keygen. Usually I didn’t do anything wrong on my computer to get those viruses, but since when my little brother took it to his house to play games, I found computer runs weirdly after I get it back. I thought he should do something wrong on websites to bring this virus. Even worse the antivirus cannot deal with it at all. Can you help me delete this virus?

When I turned on the computer this morning, I got this Backdoor.Rozena!gen1 virus alert from my anti-virus software. Immediately, I scanned the whole system and deleted all reported items, but I can’t seem to kick off the Trojan infection via my security program. My computer became extremely slow and it got frozen up constantly while I performed tasks on the contaminated system. However, I am not good at computers at all. How can I delete the Trojan from the computer completely? Please help!

I got a problem on my laptop that I can’t get it fixed by my own. I have been attacked by a computer virus called Trojan.Crisis!gm when I click a link on the Internet accidently. I got the virus alert from my security tool and it has quarantined the virus successfully, however, I don’t know why my anti-virus program can’t remove it for me as I can always get the alert when I boot up my computer. Well, I got a notification from my AVAST anti-virus about it blocking Trojan.vawtak.ED virus. I looked it up and that is a Trojan horse. I thought AVAST has completely removed this virus, but actually it has not done anything since I got the notification again like 10 minutes ago. Antivirus cannot do it, and I wonder how I can remove it. I even don’t know how to start with. So I am here to get help to remove this virus. Thanks!

Infected by the Dllfyle.com pop-ups? I found that my Google homepage on the Chrome was replaced by this Dllfyle.com site and I can’t seem to reset it. I was annoyed at getting lots of pop-up ads or messages on the screen when I was searching the web. Is Bing.vc a safe website? It is now on my Chrome. The google search is not there. So I have to use it to search things, but it’s hard to get what I search. It didn’t give the right answer! I need help on removing a page called Search.surfcanyon.com in my Chrome. I can’t find a way to get rid of it from the Internet. Hello, I need help to get rid of this Trojan.Rerdom!gm virus. This virus has infected many files and programs on my computer even the files on pendrive inserted into the infected computer!
