Yesterday I transferred some files from an external hard drive to my computer and today morning I ran a scan with my antivirus AVG then it gave me warning of infections. It said some of my files are infected with this Win32/zperm and it reported the paths of the infected files. But I have tried so many times and was not able to get them off. How can I remove this Trojan or anything else from my computer? Thanks in advance.

My security software scanned a Trojan:VBS/Crypter.B Virus but it can’t get rid of it. I want to know why it can’t remove the Trojan and how I can remove the virus. Usually, I used my antivirus to remove viruses and most of them could be easily removed. But today, after finished scanning, the report told me that there are several threats in my computer including this one. I’m disappointed because my antivirus can’t remove it. I need some help here.

How do I get rid of this Trojan Horse Generic35.KER pop up on my laptop? It keeps being detected by Malwarebytes. But each time I try to delete the infections, software becomes unresponsive. How can I remove Trojan.VBS.TYJ alert completely? I know there must be something on my computer which slows down its speed and I make sure about it when my antivirus gives me a warning of infection of this Trojan.VBS.TYJ Trojan virus. I need help in removing Trojan PSW.Win32.Fareit.acqv virus. My antivirus detected it. But I don’t know where its files are on my computer, thus I cannot remove it. How can I remove Backdoor.Win32.ZAccess.eooq? Though my antivirus notices the existence of it and gives me the warning it cannot delete it as I have tried. Sometimes it says the files are opened in some programs please close them and try again. Sometimes it says the files cannot be deleted or it has been deleted. But the red alert is still there. I tried other online antivirus software and they scan my machine and find out more threats. But they wouldn’t help me remove this Trojan virus either. I need to find other ways which are efficient to get this Trojan off from my computer.
