How can I remove Backdoor.Win32.ZAccess.eooq? Though my antivirus notices the existence of it and gives me the warning it cannot delete it as I have tried. Sometimes it says the files are opened in some programs please close them and try again. Sometimes it says the files cannot be deleted or it has been deleted. But the red alert is still there.
