I don’t know when I got this PUP.Optional.ToolbarWid in my computer. Actually, my anti-virus program detected it for me and I tried to remove it by the help of the tool. I thought it was gone after the tool had shown me there is not threat in my computer. Can somebody help me remove this RandomPrice Pop-ups? Before I got this nasty thing, I was so happy to use my computer; it brought a lot of fun to me. Trojan.Crypt.ZPACK.Gen2 has infected my files on my laptop. It was caught by Norton but when I clicked remove nothing happened. It denied to delete the infected files. Nor can I get it off with some other reputable programs. It just stays in my computer. The warning message keeps popping out from the antivirus. I have tried a lot but all turned out to be in vain. About 2 weeks ago, I clicked on a site by accident. Suddenly, my computer went crazy! It kept finding BOO/Cidox.B virus and sometimes it shut down itself without giving me any notification. I searched the removal guide on the Internet, and everyone says that I have to put my computer on safe mode and run security scan. I tried to remove this Wajam_validate.exe from my computer, and I found that it is impossible for me to do it by my own. Normally, I can add/remove all the programs I want in the control panel, but this one is the exception. I thought it is only a program which is easy to be handled for me.
