My antivirus has detected a Trojan:Win32/Orsam computer threat. I keep getting the warning of infection when I am on the infected computer. The problem is, I cannot delete the virus it told me. I tried many other methods I searched online but they all turned out to be in vain. The virus is still there after each time I reboot the PC. How can I remove the Trojan virus completely?

I often see this Gnoosi.net page whenever launch Firefox even though it’s not set as the home page. But it is now and the weird thing is I cannot change my home page back. My anti-virus picked up a Win32:somoto-F [pup] Trojan Virus. However, it seems that my anti-virus can’t delete it. Every time after I clicked remove and restarted my computer, a scan report showed me that the Trojan still there in my computer. Onlinewebsearch.com hacked my computer, whenever I start IE or other browsers like Firefox and Google Chrome the default page that opens is onlinewebsearch.com. I was unable to remove it with the basic browser tweaks. I installed Super antispyware did a full system scan. It found 6 spywares and deleted the same. But the problem as mentioned earlier still persists. Even Malwarebyte did not detect anything. The problem persists. How can I get the problem fixed?
