I have creative.m2pub.com pop-up ads all over my browser. Please help me get rid of them. I have tried system restore and run several different antivirus programs, but nothing worked. I think my internet is affected by this problem too. It disconnects me once in awhile. I can’t search online effectively. I have Norton protection on my computer, but why my computer still gets infected by this TR/Agent.bxy.2? I know it is a Trojan infection that needs to be removed as soon as possible. But it seems that my anti-virus program fails to remove it completely for me. Is there a way that I can use to get it removed completely and permanently? I’ve got virus detection from my antivirus program. It says my computer has been infected by TR/BProtector.Gen2 virus. I tried to delete the virus but my antivirus software said it couldn’t remove it. As I keep getting the warning message of the infection I really want to remove the virus to make my computer stay clean. How to remove it?

I have the Scenic Reflections Toolbar and lots of other extensions on my browser that I am not familiar with. They do not belong to any of my programs. How did they get on my browser? Do they have something to do with the auto resets on my browser? The home page is replaced constantly without consent as well as my search engines. I keep being redirected to this tab.lightningnewtab.com on my computer? That stuff is really annoying. I realize that my browser has been taken over by this thing and I can get rid of it completely. I think this must be a virus infected that attacks my computer, however, after I did a full scan on my computer by using my Norton, nothing harmful is detected. That is odd, is there any way that I can get rid of it completely?

I have the Adware Generic_r.KG alert that I cannot get rid of on my PC. How can this virus affect my computer system? I keep receiving Adware Generic_r.KF virus alert on AVG antivirus. It seems AVG just can detect it but it can’t help to get rid of it completely. Every time I try to remove this virus, it either gives me an error or comes back again and again. I am not a computer wiz, please help!!!
