Remove Royal Canadian Mounted Police Virus from Android Phone

Hey, my phone was locked completely! How can I do now? Please help. Yesterday I downloaded some apps into my android phone, but I felt I got something unclear that flashed and disappeared quickly during the process of installing, and I didn’t see it at all. As a result, after a while when finishing downloading, a warning security from Royal Canadian Mounted Police turned up and said my phone was locked due to violating the law in Canada and required me to pay a fine of CAD $100 via Ukash or PaySafeCard to unlock my phone. I guess it is a scam and look it up online. It’s really a scam virus but I don’t know how to handle it at all. How can I remove this virus?

A Description of Royal Canadian Mounted Police Virus on Android Phone

Royal Canadian Mounted Police Virus is also known as RCMP Ukash virus, which is the upgrade version of Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) Ukash virus.Like other ransomware FBI virus, AFP virus, PCEU virus, it is created by cyber criminals and has been circulated online for a long time. Recently, cyber criminals have upgraded RCMP Ukash virus to have a capability to target on android phone and aim at gaining more and more fake fine from the phone markets. Therefore, more and more phone users now get trouble with this virus and are cheated out of much money. This RCMP Ukash virus becomes a big threat to Android phones since cyber criminals have developed phone markets and strengthen invasion ability of this virus scam. It performs same malicious actions on phones as it does on computers and Mac machines. While being downloaded on phone, it will display a large warning window which occupies the whole screen of your phone to claim that your device has been blocked due to some law-breaking activities, and also lists what activities are involved with law violation in Canada. For example, you are accused of the film shooting, registration or transfer of documents with pornographic content involving minors, child pornography, sodomy and violence against children violate National Law, spreading spam, illegally using or distributing copyrighted content and so on. Generally, more specific articles will be listed on the blocking page to specify your violations. And it completely locks your phone and doesn’t allow you to do anything on your phone. Then in order to get your phone unlocked, it claims that you have to pay for a fine of CAD $100 or more via Ukash or PaySafeCard within a limited time. Otherwise, you will bear legal liability even face the possibility of being put into jail. You may be freaked out by this message because it has a very solemn interface that looks like it really comes from police office. This virus just aims at scaring you by blocking infected phone and displaying fake message in order to persuade you into paying the fine. Even if you pay for the fine, your phone is still locked. What you should do first is to figure out a way to remove it as soon as possible, otherwise your phone will become useless forever.
