Help! My computer is infected by this Trojan.Win32.VB.ckac. I don’t know how to remove it as my anti-virus program reports it to me but it fails to get it removed. I’m not a computer literate and can hardly know which program is related with the infection. I’m afraid I will mess up the whole computer if I do it by my own. Please help.
