How to Remove JS/Redir.BP

Hello, have you ever met JS/Redir.BP on your computer? Now I am in a difficult situation where I don’t how to get out of. I actually don’t know how and when this virus gets on my computer, maybe when I downloaded the flash player update yesterday during the process of watching TV series. Now my Norton always pops up every 15 minutes and tells me my computer is at risk and many files are infected with this Trojan virus, but Norton cannot remove it. I know this is pesky Trojan horse and someone tells me it needs to be removed manually so that it can completely get out of computer, but I don’t know how to do that. Please help me!

Win32/Kryptik.CVRX Uninstall Tips

I was hit by this Win32/Kryptik.CVRX when I tried to search something on the Internet. I don’t know how it came to my computer as I had not done anything wrong. My AVG antivirus reported this Trojan-Spy.MSIL.KeyLogger.bfqg virus alert on my HP desktop, but it can’t seem to completely get rid of the Trojan horse. What should I do? My computer was in a mess, and it performed poorly in every possible way. I was annoyed at receiving random popups from the web browser. Hey, could you please help me solve this pop-up computer alert? I’m not sure if my compute is compromised with some threats, but this system defender always asks me to install this Antivirus Defender 2015 to remove all threats. Homepage-web.com has been my homepage on IE. What can I do to kick it off from my computer? This strange webpage always pops up ads as soon as I launch IE browser. I can’t remove this JS/Chromex.Agent.L on my computer. I definitely know it is a Trojan horse virus, however, it is hard for me to eradicate it completely.
