Hello, can you help me remove this Searchincognito.com hijacker from my Google. Yesterday I played a game on website, and then I saw a prompt message about updating Adobe Flash Player. It said if I didn’t update it, I cannot continue the game. Then I click on OK. Next few seconds, something flashed and disappeared quickly, then Searchincognito.com got into google. Even though I closed that tab, it is still there whenever I open browser. So I need help urgently to have it removed.

I cannot be able to get rid an infection called Trojan.Ratopak!gm on my computer. I have tried many methods but I still can’t remove it. It makes me really frustrated. Can it steal my information if I don’t remove it? How will it damage my computer? I have an anti-virus program installed on my system but it seems that the tool can only quarantine this virus for me. Can my mobile phone be blocked for looking at porn sites? I’ve tried to watch stuff on my phone, all legal I’m sure and it’s come up with a warning from Australian police saying I’m blocked and need to pay $200 fine using paysafecard vouchers. How do I know if this is real? Hi, I was watching a cartoon on my Samsung phone and a thing came up saying are you older than 18 which I am, so I pressed yes. Apparently I’m watching pornography and have to pay $500?? Am I really breaking the laws and facing up with court or prison for watching porn content accidentally? I tried many ways to get rid of this Yoursearching.com hijacker from my Firefox, but all fails. Antivirus cannot help to do anything to clear it up. I go into Control panel, nothing suspicious related with this browser hijacker is found. I open avg folder and windows folder to check if I recently downloaded something new that is supposed to be bundled with this kind of browser hijacker, but I cannot tell from so many files in system. I hope you could help me with this nasty thing.

Well, my security program detected this Backdoor.Suckfly!g1 virus in the computer running with Windows 8, but it can’t delete the infection as expected. Hey, my computer is totally messed up now! Can you help me solve this problem? Norton said system is highly attacked by Trojan.Injector.PG virus, but unfortunately, Norton cannot remove it totally. Every time when I turn on computer, Norton will report this result again and again even though I have run scanning to try to kill this virus. Don’t know how to remove this Trojan.Melongad from my home computer. I have Windows XP on my computer.
