Hello, many files on computer are infected with Backdoor:Win32/Htbot.C virus, which is reported by Norton just now and I cannot use Norton to remove it completely. I don’t know why. My cousin downloaded a war game then next the virus got installed into computer system soon. Some of my friends said it needs to be removed manually, but I don’t know so much about computer. I think I need someone who know computer to guide me step by step to clear up the virus soon. Could you please help me in this case?

Last night, I was on Youtube watching a funny talk show, all of sudden, my Safari had been redirected to a strange page which I have never seen before. It claims that it comes from ACMA saying that I have watched some inappropriate materials on the web and broken the law. I swear I didn’t do anything about that. I was shaking and crying when seeing the warning. My safari crashed and they want me to pay a 500 dollar fee as a fine, if I don’t pay, I will be arrested by the police. There is a timer showing on the page and I only have 72 hours to finish paying. It says that I created a felony, is it true? Am I in great trouble with the police?

Hello, my IE has been hijacked by Search.onesearch.org. All things on browser are messed up totally. You know, the favorite is added into many tabs that I don’t want, and the bookmark somehow is changed. Also homepage and search bar are both modified. I just wonder how this happened. To drive me to be crazy is that many pop-up ads, fake messages and flashing pictures are over there on the webpage. I even can’t stop those popups. I need help urgently to get rid of this infection. Hi, my Safari is hijacked by Search.installmac.com totally. I cannot clear it up from browser and antivirus doesn’t find any suspicious program that caused this problem. In Control panel, all applications and programs are normal. Does this threat root into system? I change Internet Explorer and Safari default settings, but nothing helps. It is still there and interrupts me to finish tasks online. I just wonder if this crap will be a threat to my online cloth store, like hacking my store or stealing my data.

Hello, I cannot get rid of computer infection TrojanDropper:Win32/Sventore.A. I got this virus since when I visited a website to install free software, after I installed that program, then I saw the antivirus reported many files are infected. How did this happen? It should be bundled with this Trojan infection and then when I install the program, the virus is also installed meanwhile. It is a big trap. However, whatever I try to delete it, this virus is just still on computer system. I am not exactly great with computers, so I hope you can offer me a fix solution to kill this Trojan infection totally.
