Help! I’ve got this JS:Decode-BTB virus and I don’t know how to remove it. The infection alert keeps popping up from my antivirus software. But I tried use it to eliminate the virus but it failed. The infected files cannot be deleted. I did try some other different programs but they turned out to be in vain too. What can I try to remove the virus completely?

My computer is really slow. I got JS:Downloader-ZY [Trj] virus warning pop up on my screen every time I turn on my computer. Although my anti-virus software detects this Trojan attack, it just fails to delete it from the infected system entirely. I have come across troubles running on my computer lately. I ran a full scan by Norton and this Backdoor.Generic11.ZNE popped up. Norton seems to have difficulties getting rid of this threat completely as the virus will reappear each time I restart the PC. I have a Trojan called Trojan Horse Generic17.AMPT on my Win 7 laptop. AVG keeps picking up the virus but it doesn’t heal it. Is this virus dangerous? I can’t afford losing my data on the computer!! Trojan Horse Generic36.FGM is in my computer! I need help to get rid of it. I have tried to use some kinds of anti-virus programs to get it removed. The antivirus program I installed on my computer reported that my computer has been infected by this Trojan Horse PSW.Generic11.CIZG virus. Though I think I notice the infection in time I have barriers in removing the virus completely. I can’t make the step on finding out the exact path of the virus on my system files.
