What should I do as my computer is attacked by this TR/Trash.gen? It can be extremely complicated for me to remove it by my own as I don’t have too much computer knowledge. Help please! Yesterday my kids were playing a game on my computer and then something popped up to ask them to install, then they really do is as it instructed. And today when start up my computer and then antivirus pops up a warning alert telling my computer is infected with Win32/Nuqel.E virus. What can I do? Now I feel I cannot smoothly use Internet Explorer and computer seems run a bit slower. I have been suffering from a severely dangerous virus on my computer that I can’t get rid of it by my own. Is it safe for me to use my computer as it is infected with a virus called Downloader.Generic14.HTD? I don’t know how to get rid of it as I’m not a computer tech at all.
