I got the Win32/TrojanDropper.Agent.PNP virus on my Dell computer and I was freaked out with the Trojan removal. My computer resulted in poor performance and weird symptoms. I updated my anti-virus software and ran several security scans through the whole computer. But the antivirus can’t seem to get rid of the Trojan horse completely? What can I do? So I think I have this Win32/Crowti on my computer and antivirus cannot delete it. Some documents and files are not located in the original place, and I don’t know how to find them out. I guess this virus has corrupted many things on my computer, but I don’t know how to find it out and eradicate it as soon as possible. The antivirus just can tell me it’s there but cannot deal with it. I am worried about that if this virus can destroy my computer, but much important company information is stored on this computer, and I don’t want to lose them. My laptop has been targeted by this Trojan/Downloader.Geral.sie virus. I don’t know what to do to remove it from my machine. I’m not a computer tech. My Norton detects that Trojan.Kryptik.CWXG virus is on my computer, but Norton cannot remove it when I tried to run it to remove all. I have searched this virus online and know it’s a stubborn Trojan horse which will greatly damage computer system. I have tried to go to registry to look for suspicious files, but I don’t know which one is virus file.
