My computer is really slow. I got JS:Downloader-ZY [Trj] virus warning pop up on my screen every time I turn on my computer. Although my anti-virus software detects this Trojan attack, it just fails to delete it from the infected system entirely. I have no clue how to get rid of this nasty computer virus effectively, please help!

Can’t get rid of http://websearchy.com pop-up on browser. It keeps reappearing to take over my home page and search engine. I checked and uninstalled the extensions that I installed lately. But that didn’t fix the problem. I suspect there must be some kind of malware on my computer to cause this browser issue. I ran security scans several times but nothing came up. The problem remains. I have come across troubles running on my computer lately. I ran a full scan by Norton and this Backdoor.Generic11.ZNE popped up. Norton seems to have difficulties getting rid of this threat completely as the virus will reappear each time I restart the PC. It’s been giving me lots of troubles and I have been struggled for a while trying to remove the virus. Did a system restore and ran some antivirus programs. Nothing worked. What is this Asrv-a.akamaihd.net pop up? It keeps coming back on my browser and prevents me from searching online. I keep getting pop-up ads all over the webs which I did not experience before on my browser. The problem started yesterday when I downloaded an attachment from mail. I also noticed that some programs got installed when the attachment was downloaded. But I deleted them right away. Is my computer having a virus now? How can I check and restore it?

I have a new Toshiba laptop that I have had for about 3 months now and I am starting to get a lot of pop ups on a daily basis. I have the pop up blockers in the web browser set to high to try stop the majority of them but it hasn’t done any difference. Most ads come from the site called Lpcloudbox412.com. I tried to scan my computer but it doesn’t find anything. I get crazy about those ads. Is there any way I can get rid of them without coming back?

Trojan Horse Generic36.FGM is in my computer! I need help to get rid of it. I have tried to use some kinds of anti-virus programs to get it removed. The antivirus program I installed on my computer reported that my computer has been infected by this Trojan Horse PSW.Generic11.CIZG virus. Though I think I notice the infection in time I have barriers in removing the virus completely. I can’t make the step on finding out the exact path of the virus on my system files. Recently, I have realized that this mostshinstar.com has occupied my browser at the time. No matter I open my browser or create a new tab in it, this nasty thing just pops up. It tells me that there is an outdated Java Plugin detected in my computer. I don’t know what it is at all as I’m quite not good at computer.
