I have been told that my computer is infected by this PUP.Optional.BrowsersApp.A. It is beyond my ability to solve this problem on my own as I only gain little computer knowledge. The warning comes from my anti-virus program which was installed by a tech guy. He told me this tool can remove virus and other computer threats, but it seems that it doesn’t work this time. I’m tired of dealing with Heuristic.BehavesLike.Win32.Suspicious.H, as my antivirus program told me that’s a Trojan, and this just happened to my computer after I click a link from my email to update my adobe player. Actually, there’s no adobe player at all, now I know some cyber criminals try to deceive innocent users to download the so-called useful programs, so they can transmit virus to them, and then take advantage of them. I very regret that I didn’t take it seriously in the first place, now my computer is kind of freeze sometime, it took forever for the cursor to respond I can’t open the WPS office to do my work right now, my antivirus program didn’t do anything about it, so I decide to turn for help from internet before I go to a local shop to have my PC fixed, so please help me!

I seemed to pick up this Trojan horse when I was opening an unknown email attachment. Immediately, I ran security scans through the whole system and deleted all detected items. It is really weird, every time I open my Chrome, I got this websearch.allsearches.info instead. I can’t set any other domain to be the homepage. I wonder there must be something bad on my computer that causes this problem. But, it is really hard for me to solve the problem by my own as I am not quite computer person. How can I fix it? Oh, god, it seems today is an evil day. Now I can see many threats reported by PC Speed Clean which I newly installed a few days ago for free. I am sure if it would work well because every time when I boot up my computer, it will quickly and automatically scan the whole computer for me but always tells me my computer is under a high risk. I guess this security tool cannot delete those threat reported by itself at all. And I am not sure if there are so many threats on my computer. I don’t remember since when my PC acted so weirdly, my antivirus program detection report told me that my computer was infected by a Trojan horse named Win32.Unruy.Gen1. I’m not sure if that’s the main reason that my computer had trapped in a poor performance, my computer runs very slow each time I start or restart my computer, and many of my original program like WORD, EXCEL won’t work anymore. I’m so upset, I did not do anything to my computer, what’s worse, the antivirus program can’t help me solve the problem, I think I will have to fix it in a shop, but before, I think it’s not a bad idea to ask help from intern first, could anybody can help me get out of this trouble, please help!

I have a problem to open links, every time I open my browser or a new tab in it, this start.mysearchs.com appears. It looks like a good website for me to do the online search. But when I try to change the default homepage, it won’t let me. I did some research on the web and was told that this thing is not a good stuff, so what can I do to get rid of it? Please advise.

I think I just got myself into a trouble, and this trouble is really annoying. All my explorer were just hijacked by HomeTab, I made a stupid mistake, I click a link from my email which claimed I won a top prize from a range of survey, the prize is Iphone 6 plus, I mean I was intending to buy one anyway, and this is for free, why not? My anti-virus program gives me a warning about this Trojan:Win32/Peaac.gen!A!plock, I used to think that no virus can escape from my removal tool, but now I find that I’m totally wrong!
