Win32/LocalInfect.2 Trojan Removal

My computer has Win32/LocalInfect.2, and I have tried a number of different removal ways to no avail. I know it is a bad stuff my computer, and that is why I want to get rid of it as soon as possible so eagerly. I have never thought that it is so hard to remove it as I tried almost 10 kinds of anti-virus programs on the web to eradicate it. Please help!

Hi here, I downloaded an app on my android tablet and a Mandiant U.S.A. Cyber Security message has locked the screen saying I violate the law and that it was porn. Also it tells that I have to pay 300$ in 24 hours. I was scared that I might be put into jail, so I have just paid 300$, but now my tablet is still the same, and the U.S.A. Cyber Security virus page is still there to block me to access my home screen. It is warning My table is blocked For viewing and storage of forbidden child porno and zoophilia. My eleven year old son was using my table at the time, just play his games on the internet. Now my table is locked up can you help me? I know I wan defrauded. How can I do now? I paid 300 dollar to virus but still unable to restore my tablet, can you give me some guides to deal with it?
