I found out yesterday that my laptop has been infected with this Trojan.Plugfakeav virus and I’ve been spending my morning searching all around to get answers of how to get rid of it. The virus has taken over my computer system so I cannot do anything on it smoothly. My security program was already updated to its latest version, but it didn’t help me block or delete the Trojan horse as expected. How to get rid of the Trojan virus from my computer successfully? Hey, Avira reports that Win.Trojan.Ramnit-7354 is on my computer, but after I run scan and remove, it still says this virus is there! I am scared now as I am afraid this kind of virus can steal my information from my computer. Just now in a few minutes, my computer seems to be controlled by someone and I cannot move the mouse on computer screen. Did that mean my computer was hacked? Some folders are messed up on desktop after this virus came into computer. I don’t know why this infection can get into computer. Any help will be appreciated!

I can’t replace my homepage on my Firefox browser. A page called Search.easyclassifiedsaccess.com can always be there. I can’t go to other pages as I can always be redirected to it. Can it be a virus or something malicious? But my anti-virus program doesn’t warn me anything bad. I don’t know what to do now as it is beyond my computer knowledge. I need help on removing a page called Search.yourinstantemail.com on my Firefox browser. I can’t replace it with my favourite page in the browser settings. It makes me really frustrated. I can’t find a method to get rid of this Backdoor.Gonymdos from my home computer. I don’t know how to deal with it as I have tried all I can do to remove it. My XP laptop has been attacked by a virus called Trojan.Broluxa. I tried several ways to get rid of it but none of them can help me out of this. Please help me! I think my new computer has been hijacked. My default search engine is Google, but if I type things on search bar, the search engine appears to be the Resultforquery.com, and also there are plenty of pop-up ads while I’m using the Chrome browser.
