Please help me! I think my new computer has been hijacked. My default search engine is Google, but if I type things on search bar, the search engine appears to be the, and also there are plenty of pop-up ads while I’m using the Chrome browser. My friend told me that it should be fine if I reset the browser settings, but I tired and found that it didn’t work. Computer is new and I don’t want it to be infected other malware, so I hope you could help get me out this issue.

Manual Removal Guide of Browser Hijacker (For Computer Literate)

Step 1: Find Ctrl, Alt, and Delete these 3 keys and then press them together to open task manager to end the process related to this hijacker, the name of the process of it is random.

Step 2: Try to find Folder Options in Control Panel, select the View tab, and then tick Show hidden files and folders and non-tick Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) and then click OK.
