Hello, can you help me remove W97M.Downloader.G virus from my windows 10 laptop? I have got this virus for many days and antivirus can’t get it removed completely. So I am frustrated a lot.  I keep a lot of company’s information and my own personal information on this laptop. Hi! My computer gets sluggish. I don’t know why. And when I surf on the Internet, I get many pop-up ads named Ahoy Traveler. Those ads are really annoying. I even can’t see the web content. Ok, here is the problem. Yesterday my daughter opened her favorite shopping websites, but she didn’t do anything malicious but next day when she turned on laptop, one page called Searchengage.com showed up immediately. She thought this page can be used as search page like Google, so she still enter what she what to look up, but she can’t get anything correct as usual.  She can’t finish homework online well as many pop-up ads keep showing on the webpage. Even though we have installed advanced antivirus, it can’t stop those pop-up ads. Do you have ways to completely stop this issue?

Hello, can you help me remove this Search.searchcoun.com? I have been hijacked by this webpage for several days. I just download a video player, and then as soon as I finished downloading it, I saw this page showing on my web browser. Since then whenever I turn on computer, then this webpage pop ups soon.
