How to Remove Malsign.generic.6C7 Virus

Hello, I was surfing the internet and suddenly noticed a window appearing showing me that something has been downloaded, and next my AVG soon popped up to tell me that some files are infected with this Malsign.generic.6C7, but I am just frustrated that AVG can’t completely clean this infection from my laptop. I think my phone is controlled by something bad which I can call it ghost. I can’t use my phone for calls and any other things. Every time I boot up my phone, I will be given a message saying I have done illegal activities on my phone and it blocks my device for safety reasons. My phone is completely useless. I caught this Tvtabsearch.com browser hijacker virus and can’t seem to get it off my computer. I’ve tried using Ad-aware, but it still shows up every time I use it in my registry. Hi, well a while ago I opened my tablet to a Cyber Command of Hawaii thing and its saying that I viewed disturbing things when I haven’t been on my tablet all day! Now I am locked out of my phone totally can’t access anything. What can I do with that? And how can I keep my phone from being hacked again?
