Got a Win32:zapchase-GT virus somehow but can’t remove it with my AVG. I know it’s a very harmful Trojan. Yesterday, I downloaded a video converter from a web site then got this sick virus. I asked my brother to help me. But he is at a loss what to do to deal with this virus. I really don’t know what else I can do now. Can anybody help me?
