Norton detects the Trojan Horse Generic24.WOK infection on my laptop but it seems really hard for me to get rid of it. I tried a couple of methods posted online but none of them works. Antivirus software seems not to be able to delete it other than giving alert on it. How do I remove it? Is there an efficient way which can prevent the Trojan horse to come back? I got the infection of PUP.Optional.InstallIQ.A. My antivirus has detected it and put it in the isolation region but I still keep getting the infection alert popping up all the time. I tried hard to remove it to put an end to the warning popping up. But it seems impossible for me to do that as I am not a computer savvy. What I know I could do with a computer is follow the guide of my antivirus but it has failed to kill the virus and I don’t know what to do. My AVG detects Trojan horse dropper.generic3.AEYC.dropper infection inside my laptop. It’s already deleted some of the associating infections. But it can’t seem to get rid of this Trojan-Dropper virus completely. More infections will be found in the system later.
