PUP.MagnetDownloader Manual Removal Instruction

PUP.MagnetDownloader has infected my computer. I do not know how it got installed, nor do I beware where it came from. I seldom scan my computer since I always keep a good habit when I am on the internet. Today I just ran a full scan on my computer and hoped that it still works fine though I have been feeling that it runs quite slowly for some time. Then the infection message shocked me. My PC is infected by a Trojan virus and the AV software cannot kill it. How can I remove it?

I can get this Exploit:JS/Urntone.BD removed from my personal computer. Every time I use my anti-virus program to remove it and restart my computer as required, after the restart, my protection tool gives me the warning about this Trojan again. Trojan Horse Generic19.BIFGU Removal

My anti-virus program told that my computer had infected by a virus called Trojan Horse Generic19.BIFGU, and it can help me remove it. I need some help about how to get rid of this Trojan:JS/Redirector.NL. I am not familiar with computer; I can only use the anti-virus program on my computer to remove viruses and so on.
