How to Remove Trojan:JS/Redirector.NL

I need some help about how to get rid of this Trojan:JS/Redirector.NL. I am not familiar with computer; I can only use the anti-virus program on my computer to remove viruses and so on. But this time, this Trojan is really a tough stuff. I don’t know why my protection tool cannot remove it for me.
