Worm:Win32/Vobfus.ZG Virus Removal Instruction

Worm:Win32/Vobfus.ZG has put my computer into danger. I got this virus about a few days ago but none of the antivirus software I tried worked. They are all powerful enough to find the virus but they all failed in removing it. There is a Trojan virus detected by my antivirus program this morning. Its name is Trojan.Win32.Bublik.ciai and I have trouble in deleting it.
