I have Norton protection on my computer, but why my computer still gets infected by this TR/Agent.bxy.2? I know it is a Trojan infection that needs to be removed as soon as possible. I’ve got virus detection from my antivirus program. It says my computer has been infected by TR/BProtector.Gen2 virus. I tried to delete the virus but my antivirus software said it couldn’t remove it. I have the Adware Generic_r.KG alert that I cannot get rid of on my PC. How can this virus affect my computer system? I keep receiving Adware Generic_r.KF virus alert on AVG antivirus. It seems AVG just can detect it but it can’t help to get rid of it completely. Every time I try to remove this virus, it either gives me an error or comes back again and again. I am not a computer wiz, please help!!! I receive the Trojan:Win32/Kilaservos.A alert on my security system. But it can’t remove the virus. The virus will pop up again each time I reboot the PC.
