I have Win32/phorpiex.B virus that can’t be completely removed by Norton or Kapersky. It is a work laptop and somehow any type of safe mode with network. I have tracked down the responsible dll file but I can never delete it because it is always in use. I have tried other ways to remove the file but it doesn’t work. This virus makes the computer run very slow and flakey. Using google chrome is a nightmare and it is constantly launching a new window with ads. Yesterday I received a warning that my computer was infected with the Infostealer.Spyolog Virus and that my Hard drive would be deleted and do not turn off my computer. I used my Norton to do a full scan and know that many .exe files are infected. But those infected files can’t be removed completely. I know my computer should be compromised with Trojan horse, and some friend suggest me remove it manually, but I’m not a computer savvy and don’t know how to locate and remove the Trojan horse. Hello, recently I found my computer worked improperly. You know I just upgraded it into Win 10 several days ago and I felt it worked so well. But since when I downloaded a free version antivirus program, it started to run slowly. So this morning I install an advanced version of Norton, and then Norton pops up telling me that many .exe files are corrupted by this Trojan Generic_R.KGN virus. Hello, my laptop is infected with Trojan.Kotver!gen3 virus and the virus make computer work slowly now. It’s seemed to dominate the computer background with everything and I’ve tried “uninstalling”, but that hasn’t yielded anything. I downloaded Norton as well. It scanned, but didn’t remove anything “harmful”. It’s still on my laptop.
