I need help to remove Trojan.Win32.Yakes.hipf from my computer, now it corrupts many files of the system, I also get into registry editor, but I don’t know which files should be removed. There are several strange shortcuts on the desktop, some can be deleted, but others cannot. Computer now runs very slow and I’m always offline when I try to access the internet. So when I chat with my friends on this computer, I get lost connection with them often, which wastes most of my time. The system pops up different error message, but antivirus cannot repair it. I upgrade me antivirus program, but it still cannot remove this Trojan horse. I thought it should deeply root into the system. Please help me!

Hey, my laptop is affected with TrojanDownloader:Win32/Small.gen! as AVG reports. During restarting computer, it catches and removes saying I am protected. But in next restart the same thing again happens. Doesn’t the AVG have any ability to remove this virus or is the Trojan so stubborn that my antivirus cannot work well? Hello! I have Sony Vaio laptop that got hit by this Win32/Criakl.C virus. My laptop is running with windows 8 and I also have done some research info about this virus; now I know that it’s a kind of Trojan horse.
