Hello! I have Sony Vaio laptop that got hit by this Win32/Criakl.C virus. My laptop is running with windows 8 and I also have done some research info about this virus; now I know that it’s a kind of Trojan horse. I am trying to remove these ‘Criakl.C’ with my antivirus program, unfortunately, antivirus cannot help. So I try to remove in another way. Just now I’ve gotten as far as opening the registry editor; however, I’m not completely sure how to continue in removing the virus, because I’m sure which the infected file is. If I do something wrong, I will kill my computer. Could you please help me remove it as soon as possible?
